Margins Chart Option 4

This Margins Sheet Option 4 depicts Item4 - Desired Sell Price Breakdown. In our demo project we have set a sell price of $53,000. The resultant sheet breaks down all cost, sell price, category percentages and GPM.

In this case, the customer has asked us if we could bid near $53,000 in order to stay competitive (yes.. this happens). We plugged in that amount (actual with +/- 1 % was $52,999.98) on Option #4 and find we will make a 35.8 % GPM. Is this acceptable to your finance people? It better be!

The average Labor Sell rate is $54.52 per hour.
